Who we are
This website is operated by Childress Tree Trimming, 1205 Avenue B, Ozona, TX 76943, phone (325) 277-3445. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Childress Tree Trimming.
Information you give us
This website does not have its own contact form and does not ask you to create an account. We receive personal information only when you choose to share it, for example when you call us, message us on Facebook, or submit our free estimate request form. That information may include your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about the trees and work you are asking about.
Estimate request form
Our free estimate form is hosted by a third-party form provider (EmailMeForm). When you use it, the information you enter is collected by that provider and sent to us. The provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply to its handling of that data.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web hosting server may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. These server logs are used to keep the site running, secure and free of abuse. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, communicate with you about a job, keep basic business records, and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers that help us (such as our form provider and web host), when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our crew or others.
Third-party links
This website links to third-party sites such as Facebook, Google Maps and our estimate form provider. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Please review their policies when you visit them.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. We keep customer and job information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking tree services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct or delete personal information you have given us, subject to records we must keep for legal or business reasons. Contact us by phone at (325) 277-3445.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
